What is Freeware Software
Just a little bit about what freeware software means because with the many different types of free / free-ish software around, it does get a little confusing. Rather that being specific to GratSoft's freeware, this is more of an article on freeware in general.
Freeware is software offered free of charge and usually downloadable off of the Internet. Freeware is not public domain, open source, shareware or adware.
